Have been with pro media since 2018, excellent service!

Nothing but good words for this great team who installed my home networking system based on Unify devices in the rack and included several cameras, boosters indoor and outdoor and more. Toby has always been on hand whenever I've needed him pre installation and even now post installation for any advice and help I need. I was keen to integrate my unify apps within apple homekit and Toby had invaluable advice here too. A shout out to Stephen and Paul for installing everything despite our house being a bit of a build site right now. The entire team was professional, pleasant and most importantly still on hand now. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Thanks all.

Pro media looks after our control 4 system and a few nights ago one part of the system failed (from 8 years of constant use). The way in which pro media, and more specifically Toby, dealt with it was impeccable. Toby responded first thing and came out that same day to identify the problem. He ordered the parts and came to fit it as soon as it arrived. The whole problem was resolved and back to working order within a few days and required no chasing up - he was proactive and communicated with us the whole time. The service and professionalism was second to none. You’re in safe hands with pro media solutions.

We used Pro Media Solutions some time ago and were very pleased with the level of support and after care they provided.A very simple TV upgrade recently caused us incredible frustration ruining our TV experience on a regular basis and causing us not insignificant cost to put right with other suppliers in the AV Space (recommended by the AV retailer) being not only unable to fix but making things worse.There were broken promises, obfuscation, radio silence, poor advice (guesswork) and “solutions” which were made up on the hoof leaving us exasperated.Fortunately we had the common sense to get Pro Media solutions back in the frame.Whilst we had ruled out a number of extraneous measures to fix which helped define what else was could be done Pro Media Solutions involvement and calm and professional approach helped solve what many others couldn’t.Touch wood they have removed this monkey off our back and can use our SMART Home system in the way it was intended.They are the real deal.

ProMedia installed a C4 system in my house a couple of years ago when I rebuilt my house. The world of home automation was very new to me and there were soooo many different views out there in terms of functionality and budget that it was an area I was not looking forward to dealing with!The team was a pleasure to deal with and helped me develop a specification which worked for my requirements and with my budget and they were clear on what upgrades I could introduce at a later stage if desired.Since the installation (which was a complete success) the team have been a pleasure to deal with as I have made further upgrades to the system. Their technicians including Cookie and Toby are wonderfully talented and understand C4 inside out.They are a team of complete professionals and I would definitely recommend them.

The team at Pro-Media did a fantastic job at helping with the issues with my Doorbird system. They're always friendly and prompt with communication. I would highly recommend!

I have been a customer of Promedia since 2017 after being first introduced to them by Richard at Seriously Cinema and have always found them highly professional. They assisted me through a complex renovation and cinema / smart home installation and did a fantastic job, helping us achieve results on the budget we had. Simon and the team have always responded quickly whenever ive had an issue and helped me to resolve it promptly. I've been so impressed by the system & Promedia, that I have significantly expanded our system with them since the original install. I can't recommend Promedia more highly - if you are considering expanding or installing a home cinema/smart home system then this is the team to help you do it. Highly recommeded!
