I approached a number of companies about my home cinema and smart home installation. I decided to go with Pro Media as they were friendly and professional but most of all knowledgeable. From the initial site visit and throughout the process the team were great, answering my questions and dealing with the other trades in order to meet the brief and realise our requirements.We are truly delighted with our Control4 system and cinema set up. Entertaining and family movies are now quite an event!We often work away so the means to connect remotely to view the CCTV cameras, answer any calls from the gate via our phones and the 'holiday' mode feature provide us peace of mind.Although - as with any build - there were issues the team at Pro Media were there to support us throughout.At the end Toby did some final tweaks and provided a demonstration. All members of the family can use the touchscreens, keypads, remote controls and our phones to operate the TVs/projector, listen to music, turn on/off the lights and even open the garage door!Highly recommended.

On technology which I was not familiar with Pro Media were great in helping me understand everything. On what turned out to be a very difficult build Pro Media made their element as painless as possible. Highly Recommend. Mark (Hertfordshire)

We initially contacted Pro Media as we wanted a Cinema building in our new extension and were bewildered by pricing / quotes and advice from other firms and local audio shops. Toby immediately came to the rescue and not only put our minds at rest (that this was do-able within our budget) but was exceptionally responsive and supportive and had all the answers. An incredible comfort and a very different approach from many other firms out there. I think we got more out of Toby in one phone call than we did from an entire sales process with another firm!We've since ended up with a fully SMART house and have got to know Toby and his team really well. Dealing with Pro is like dealing with a family business, everyone loves technology and wants to get you exactly what you want, or how you want it sounding, and they always find a solution.The system has been in over a year and we've had no issues with it, and yet Toby and the team are always on hand to answer any questions or help us improve the system for how we use it.I cannot rate them highly enough.

Very helpful , excellent communication skills and gave very good advice. Gave appearance that they were genuine with advice even where to save money. Truly rate this company.

We've found overall pro media solutions to be very good. Toby has been especially helpful, the team are very knowledgeable and willing to help and find solutions. Like any service with tech there are issues at time to time but they are always responded to and sorted. Overall a really good, reliable team who you can trust in your home

I can now control the lights, television and sound system with one remote control from my armchair! I am not great with technology but Pro Media Solutions made using my Control 4 system they installed very simple and user friendly. I received a very friendly but professional service and they were always at hand to help with any queries.

Great service, honest advice, nice people to do business with.I had serious problems with my in-house sound system just prior to the Christmas shutdown.I found Pro Media Solutions on line and although they hadn't installed my system or dealt with me before, their customer service, help and knowledge were exemplary. A special mention for Georgia and Sarah in the office and Stephen the engineer for firstly sqeezing in a site visit in their very busy schedule (before the holidays), but also getting me up and running in time for the season's festivities (critical when you have a number of social gatherings organised).If that's not enough, their pricing was very reasonable and there was never an attempt to capitalise on my desperate situation by trying to sell me 'stuff' that may not have been totally necessary.Nice people, impartial and extensive knowledge, great service.Absolutely recommend.

Pro media solutions installed a Control4 home Automation system in my house. A little concerned at first about lack of communications but once they started they were absolutely amazing. The technicians were incredibly knowledgable (Steve and Toby) and comms were very efficient and professional. I was really worried about spending money on a system that i wont end up using but their expertise made sure that we have a solution that we use and now that we got used to it would not do without. So much better than the lutron etc type systems in my opinion due to its integration to almost everything we have in the house. Thanks guys, much appreciated!
