  • I just wanted to take a quick moment to say a big thanks to your guys for working hard and helping me sort the lighting/etc out over the last 2 days. They even managed to fit the digital art canvas on the wall without any chasing! Much appreciated. The work has really added on some significant improvements to the C4 system from a user point of view - so we're really pleased with what we're now able to do and achieve with the automation having done this piece of work. There might a be few more bits and pieces to add in the future and we will continue to play around with the system in the interim…. But I'm really pleased with how it has gone - so just wanted to say a big thanks!

  • I had serious problems with my in-house sound system just prior to the Christmas shutdown.
    I found Pro Media Solutions online and although they hadn't installed my system or dealt with me before, their customer service, help and knowledge were exemplary. A special mention for  Sarah in the office and Stephen the engineer for firstly squeezing in a site visit in their very busy schedule (before the holidays), but also getting me up and running in time for the season's festivities (critical when you have a number of social gatherings organised).
    If that's not enough, their pricing was very reasonable and there was never an attempt to capitalise on my desperate situation by trying to sell me 'stuff' that may not have been totally necessary.
    Nice people, impartial and extensive knowledge, great service.
    Absolutely recommend.
