Hampstead Heath Media Room
This client came to us during the design stages of his basement build wanting to elevate the media experience with a cinema system whilst also staying connected to the rest of the house via WiFi and Door Entry.
For the TV aspect of the room, we installed a state of the art 7.1 cinema system with a polished marble subwoofer that beautifully complements the opulent décor whilst providing clear high resolution sound and a 75” 4K display. Integrated into a Control4 single-room solution, means that controlling all of the media equipment is made user-friendly and intuitive.
With the router being the other end of the house, it wouldn’t provide any Wi-Fi signal in the basement so we installed a robust Wi-Fi distribution system. This enables the client to stay connected to the internet whilst roaming around the house with no drop outs.
Finally, along side the Control4 single room solution we installed a smart door entry solution. This consists of several Control4 touchscreens and a Control4 door station. When someone presses the doorbell, it will simultaneously call the touchscreens and mobile devices either at home or remotely anywhere in the world, meaning our client never misses the door.
